Ordering
Orders may be placed online or by calling 617 872 6658. Credit cards are accepted for online orders through our secure payment system. Credit cards will be charged at the time that work starts on your item.

Due to our custom manufacturing, orders may take 2 to 3 weeks for standard delivery.

Shipping
In most cases, packages are sent via USPS priority (2-3 day) service. Notification and shipping information will be sent by email when your order ships.

Returns
It is unlikely that you should receive a coat that is defective. However, should that occur, contact us immediately at the above email or phone to arrange return. Upon inspection, defective items found will be replaced. Return shipping is paid by customer.

Care Instructions
All LuxeCoats and HarnessVests dry clean only. All RainCoats wipe clean. All LightCoats are washable, gentle cycle.
